wk 4/day 2

ran with some pain in my right IT band, but I still ran 1.66 miles. followed that up with some good fun push ups, just because... :D

27-21-21-18-75 this brings me to football practice...the coaches decided i was too short to play WR, but felt my speed and agility would be perfect for a RB. i've never played or had an interest to play the RB position but apparently they liked it and feel i'd be really good at it.

anyways, during practice i got hit on my right thigh and now i'm in serious pain....OUCH!!! in any case, i should be fine by next week. enjoy.
