week 2, day 1

started the week yesterday day with 20 minutes of interval training at the local high school track, thus beginning my new weekly routine of interval training on mondays and wednesdays, and pushups on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. got to the track at 6:40am, and there were already a bunch of people young and old out there walking/running/jogging. it's so early people! whytf are you up!?!? anyways, it was a great workout. i could feel the fat burn immediately. good times baby!

btw, i like how this blog/group grew from just a pushups-challenge crew to an overall fitness crew. sweet.

Fitness/Foodie crew. BTW, I like local h.s. tracks, too! They make it easier to track your distance. It's also great for people watching. I once saw a little kid eat it all Charlie Brown style while trying to kick a soccer ball.
