wk 3/day 1

so after my exhaustion test, i was kinda bummed. i really thought i could get to 100 by now. anyways, today made up for it...ran 3.25 miles in 30:35 (~9:24 pace). then i did my pushups:

25-17-17-15-50=124

i'll bounce back
