So, I'm finally getting my max back up but the program's just getting tougher. Just a heads up, Weeks 5 and 6 have more sets than we are used to. For those following the program, everyday we have 5 sets to do, 4 prescribed and the last one we max out on. The last two days of Weeks 5 and 6 have 8 and 9 sets respectively. YIKES! Here are my stats for Week 4 Day 2:
27-21-21-18 5th set maxed at 61
Going to try to get a run in today and do some extra pushups, got to get to 100! Holla back y'all.
