Man down!

I finished Week 6 a couple of days ago and really overdid it. Week 5 and 6 are killers, just don't overdo it, remember you can redo the weeks, learn from me. I really wanted the to reach the goals of the last day and in the process pulled something on my back below my right shoulder. Nothing horrible but I'm going to have to take a few days off to recover. Good thing we have a few more weeks. I'm going to repeat Week 6 at least two more times before I can get to 100.

Week 6:
Day 2: 30-30-25-25-25-25-22-22-max 44=248
Day 3: 27-27-23-23-23-23-20-20-max 45=231

What is an exhaustion text? I am on day 2 week two.

an exhaustion test is just like the initial test, where you see how many you can do in a row without stopping. it's so damn tiring!
