so i haven't been following the pushup schedule...but i am doing pushups. instead of the usual "flat pushups", i've been doing them to simulate an incline bench press (i.e. my legs are elevated as I do the pushups). i did this b/c i want to build up my upper chest. anyways, here's todays results:
20-18-15-15-15 = 83
doing these incline pushups are harder, i think...

stay the course
don't know if you guys (and girls) still follow this, but i'm making another attempt at 100 pushups. reason being, i've become sedentary over the winter and need to get back in shape. so for those that still check this blog, let's get this thing going again. with that said:
